Liveblogging President Obama's Iraq speech
President Barack Obama will address the country from the Oval Office tonight in a speech designed to mark the removal of combat forces from Iraq.
As the Post's Anne Kornblut wrote this morning, the speech is fraught with potential political peril as the situation in the country remains tenuous and there are still 50,000 American troops in the country.
