Best NFL QB Not Named Brady or Manning?

We're a few weeks into the NFL season, and we've already seen many exciting performances by quarterbacks. None by Tom Brady, however, who, as you might have heard, is out for the season with a knee injury. And not too many by Peyton Manning, who is coming back from his own injury woes. So our question is: Who is the best NFL quarterback not named Tom Brady or Peyton Manning?
