Now that we have four genders to deal with it will be necessary to have seperate facilies for cross dressers and homosexuals. No one likes being stared at in the shower.

Dear Tom,

Loved your rant about how you can't argue with these people. It's good to see that some people have enough balls to call the BS that these corporate tools put out. I still can't make up my mind though - are these paid astro-turfy PR guys pretending to be Joe the Good ol Boy or are they just tools, manipulated to parrot the talking points to serve the interests of the super-rich...

Keep up the great work. It's nice to see some sanity and understanding out there. It gives one faith.

Well we now have the heart of the matter. Mr Toles has his mind up and wants to shut off any thing from BP that might confuse him.

So much for freedom of speech. Of course we should allow it only for those who agree with us. That is the American way, of course.

Oh, I forgot. A short note of appreciation to you Mr. Toles. Of all the liberal columnists in the Washington Post, you are the only one that has the guts to respond online to people who respond to your column. Thank you.

Big oil companies like BP have engineers, chemists, geologists, scientists, etc. that are supposed to know what they are doing. Obviously BP hires professionals who got their degree online. There is no reason on God's green earth why this disaster should have been allowed to go on this long without a stop to it. It is far past the point where we should let the Corps of Engineers have a crack at it. The challenges that the professionals are facing in this matter are not beyond our capabilities. There has obviously been no preparation for such a disaster, or training for one.

Such insincerity from liberal journalists who attack BP for the recent environmental problems when the newspaper big box industry has caused more harm to the planet than any other. Deforestation, printing chemicals in our water supply and the Chesapeake, all the big gas guzzling carbon spewing vehicles on the road, all of the plastic bags used for delivery and the trash of discarded newspapers. Libs are such a joke.
