My Specialty is social systems…
I have taken a multiplicity of college and university studies to prepare for writing books on the subject of social organization. I have worked in both social and industrial organizations that depend on efficient social systems to accomplish tasks, provide services and provide end products.
I have done independent research on social systems and human interaction.
My objective was to update Plato’s Republic to include high tech methods and people centered morality of present times.
I am well qualified as a Social Systems Specialist with both trained technical skills and gifted comprehensive understanding.
As Eyore often says, “It was a very sad and solemn occasion”.
We are at a critical time in our social evolution where we either develop necessary social skills or go extinct.
It is no laughing matter. We either get serious or go extinct.

Your main toon pretty sums it up, but your sketch confuses me. Didn't filibuster reform get passed in the Senate? Didn't it go back to the old "Mr Smith Goes to WDC" way? Did I miss something?

then again..after further contemplation, I notice the gearshift is in PARK....my bad : )
