Tom Toles's Cartoon Caption Contest returns
Welcome back to the Tom Toles Cartoon Caption Contest.
Here's how it works. Below is a cartoon, sketched by me, your resident editorial cartoonist. The prize is a print of that cartoon, signed by me and including the caption suggested by the winner.
No purchase necessary. To enter, please post your suggested caption(s) in the comments section. You have until 11:59 p.m. ET on February 21. I'll read through all the entries and plan to announce a winner by the next evening.
You may want to double check that there’s an active e-mail associated with your washingtonpost.com login. If we're unable to successfully contact the winner within three days, the prize will go to a runner up.
Good luck!

2. It's like this. The Republican wants to shoot on "three." The Democrat wants to count to three, and then shoot.
3. Yeah, the audience left hours ago, but those two are too afraid to move.

5. Now see, if we had gone to the Verizon Center, we could've gotten hot dogs.
