Emmy Swag

Backstage, "Entourage's" Jeremy Piven, who won his first Emmy -- for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series --was asked about the IRS taxing trophy-show gift bags. "I think the goodie bags should all be sent to New Orleans. Wouldn't that be great?" the HBO actor said. " Don't tax them -- just give it to" New Orleans.
Not sure what they'd do in New Orleans with the free massages.

"My Name is Earl" creator Greg Garcia, on the other hand, said he had "no opinion" on the gift-bag kerfuffle, adding: "Everything in Hollywood is ridiculous and lavish. "

Then he thought better of it: "I agree [that] they should go to some kind of charitable organization."
