TLC Cobbles Together More "Jon & Kate Plus 8"

As Jon and Kate Gosselin take off their gloves and really start pounding on each other in the press, TLC cable network has had to adjust its plans on its hit series starring America's Most Dysfunctional Family.

A little while ago, TLC said "Jon & Kate Plus 8" would wrap at the end of October and that Jon, who is separated from Kate, would become a recurring character on a spinoff show called "Kate Plus 8" starting Nov.2.

Jon countered by filing papers to prevent his eight children from being filmed by the TLC camera operator, resulting in something of a stalemate.

TLC has stopped shooting any footage of the children but continues to shoot more footage, of -- gak -- Kate. TLC plans to use existing footage of the kids being adorable that it had lying around and the new footage of Kate to create additional episodes of "Jon & Kate Plus 8," which will now run well into November.

It's unclear when TLC will be able to unveil "Kate Plus 8" but we're guessing it will happen not long after TLC agrees -- if it does -- to let Jon out of his exclusive contract with TLC, so he can continue to shop himself around as America's Most Telegenic Ex-Husband and, he hopes, land a more lucrative reality gig.

Meanwhile, Jon has been ordered to return more than $100,000 dollars he apparently took out of a bank account that Kate said was set aside to pay household bills. And the kids' former baby-sitter-cum-Jon-girltoy, Stephanie Santoro, told RadarOnline that Jon, a former I.T. analyst, has been hacking into Kate's e-mail, phone and online bank accounts.

Sigh.

Why anyone ever watched these two morons is a mystery to me. Totally uninteresting as people and who turned out to have no talent and even less character (both of them). I am sad for all those children that this is the environment they are being brought up in. Jon, after being cut out of the show, suddenly says the filming is bad for the children. There are so many truly fascinating people in the world that, if you turned a camera on them, you might learn something about selflessness, strength in the face of adversity and on and on. TV reality shows are the epitomy of the Vast Wasteland.

OMG Kate is soo hot. She totally rocks that young Kathie Lee Gifford vibe. Guys are attracted to fertile women.
