"Modern Family's" Cam and Mitchell kiss. Republic still standing.
After months of near hysteria in the blather-o-sphere in re will ABC let "Modern Family's" gay couple Mitchell and Cameron kiss or not:

The Kiss finally happened Wednesday night, attracting about 12 million viewers - it's third biggest audience ever, behind only the previous week's season debut (12.7 million) and the show's unveiling last fall.
But the show also attracted its biggest ever teen audience.
Let the fallout begin.
