What the hell could this person know about military families? Certainly nothing from a personal view, only what one of her anti-military sycophants, read in Google. Don't you toady's ever give up. We all know your bias by now

She spits on America. Truly hates it and now she claims she cares for the military - what a hypocrit she is along side with her husband.

Hear that big sucking sound? It's OWN circling the drain.

From three small clips three people have responded in a truly ugly manner. Michelle Obama is shown commenting on the resiliency of today's military personnel, and the difficulties they face so courageously. What can possibly be the reason for such ugly responses? Is it racism? Is it ignorance? Or is it just a smallness of spirit? Perhaps a combination of all three.

To "Gently 52" -- RIGHT ON---These comments reflect small minds, probably prejudiced, angry people whose own lives are pitiful...such people never recognize the greatness(9or even goodness) in others. I truly feel sorry for such miserable folks.

Very commendable of Michelle Obama to support the forgotten heroes among us. Please let us seek out these brave men and women who have given so much for country. Any further focus that the First Lady can bring to this vital issue is time well spent!

no and I mean no one has done more for Military families then the Obamas. It is Mrs O's main focus besides fighting childhood obeisty, If the people that wrote such ugly BS could only read and not get pall their info from Fox they'd know one of the 360+ bills passed in O's first two years is the Veterans Benefit act ....Duh

Michelle Obama--great first lady, or *greatest* first lady? Who cares that her eyes are awfully close together--Rod Blogojevich close? Her overarching intelligence, extraordinary beauty and saintlike compassion more than make up for it.

Michelle Obama is a 'poser' like her husband. She assumes different persona as circumstances demand. That, in itself, is no crime, but using that technique to preach is disingenuous at best.
Before becoming First Lady, she insisted repeatedly that her sphere was her home and children and she would not attempt life in the spot light.
Well, Oprah is certainly front and center in the media and that is only one instance in a long line of preaching that has come our way. Nothing that is said is necessarily wrong, just nervy to be coming from a non-gardener, a large lady, a non military, a high earner and spender, etc. "Do as I say, not as I do" sums it up.
The wardrobe says it all - LOOK AT ME! - and for the most part extremely inappropriate on a woman who must weigh in at well over 200 lbs.
Statesmen and dignitaries do not belong on reality media - or comedy shows.

Let us all be grateful that First Lady Michelle Obama has taken on this wonderful deed to those who are in uniform and their families. She deserves GREAT credit for her endeavors. She has educated herself with lots of help from many regarding the needs of our military families. Mrs. Obama leads by example. How proud we all should be of her, her family, and mostly OUR great president.

I am pretty sure that Michelle Obama has experienced the kind of bigotry expressed in those posts above all of her life and does not let it bother her. Recall that her Princeton roommate was urged by her parents not to room with Michelle because of the color of her skin, not the content of her character. One would imagine that a young college woman would have found this attitude to be very painful.

But Michelle Robinson forged ahead, graduated from Princeton with honors, and from Harvard Law, worked in a prestigious Chicago law firm and now here she is.....First Lady of the United States.

Oh Ye of Mean Spiritedness, deal with it!

One of Moochelle's score of high paid flunkies must have seen a poll saying that the Odumbos need some credit for pandering to the military.
Disgusting clowns, these liberals.

Every time someone goes on Oprah's show, they come away diminished.

Its too bad the First Lady brought herself down to this level. She seems so classy.

Michelle knows absolutely nothing about the military, not that this will stop her. She knows nothing about food either ! For a non-elected person, she does know how to get many of her pet projects passed into law.

Michelle should take a job at Walmart.

Good for Mrs. Obama for highlighting the sacrifices our military families are making. My son is in the Air Force and nephew is in the Army. Unless you have a family member in the military you have no idea the sacrifice their families are making with the continuing deployments of their spouses/parent. Recently our son was deployed to Afghanistan while is wife was pregnant. I was so impressed with the generosity and support from the military families his wife received when she had an emergency delivery. These families need recognition for what they are sacrificing for us. You naysayers should be ashamed of the comments you are making. Send your son/daughter to the war zone and then see if you appreciate some media attention for their family.
