Webb Named "Rookie of the Year"

The Politico, a political newspaper in Washington, named U.S. Sen. Jim Webb, D-Va., "Rookie of the Year" for his work on the Iraq war, contracting oversight and other issues.

I voted for him in the primary only because Gerry Connolly was supporting his opponent. I voted for him in the general election because he wasn't George Allen. I have to say that I'm not as disappointed in him as I expedted that I would be.

webb is anti-war? I didn't get that from his commercials. I voted for him because he was born fighting and said he would fight it better and get us a good big navy so we could shoot at those third world scum from a distance
