Obama Set to Open 24th Virginia Office

Tim Craig

Sen. Barack Obama, the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, announced today his campaign is opening four additional offices in Virginia, including his fifth in Northern Virginia.

The Virginia Campaign for Change, an offshoot of the Obama campaign funded by the Democratic National Committee, had already opened 20 offices around the state in support of Obama.

It now plans to add four additional offices to the list. The campaign is opening new offices in Centreville and Leesburg in Northern Virginia, Emporia in Southside and Big Stone Gap in Southwest Virginia, near the Kentucky border.
