Biden Going to Virginia Beach

Delaware Sen. Joe Biden, the Democratic nominee for vice-president, will campaign in Virginia Beach Thursday.
Biden, who will be making his first campaign swing through Virginia as the nominee, will hold a town hall meeting that focuses on military and veterans issues.
Biden is the chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Barack Obama, the Democratic nominee for president, won't be with Biden.
Since June, Obama has made three campaign swings through Virginia. Arizona Sen John McCain, the presumptive GOP nominee, has been in Virginia for fundraisers and meetings but has yet to hold a public event outside of Northern Virginia.
