Kaine Holds Pizza Party to Rally Democrats

Gov. Timothy M. Kaine (D) hosted 30 Democratic staffers at the Governor's Mansion last night for a pizza and beer party to show his appreciation for their efforts in this year's presidential and U.S. Senate race.
"We just had pizza and he thanked us for our hard work, and I think we are energized to make sure Barack Obama and Mark Warner win in Virginia," said Levar Stoney, executive director of the Virginia Democratic Party.
Kaine's political action committee - not taxpayers, of course - picked up the tab.
