Warner Silent on Palin

Democratic Senate Candidate Mark R. Warner dodged a question yesterday at the Buena Vista Labor Day parade on whether he thinks Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is qualified to be the GOP vice-presidential nominee.

"That's for you all to decide," Warner told reporters.
