Warner wins
We're calling Mark R. Warner (D) in the U.S. Senate race. In early returns, Warner took a insurmountable lead over GOP rival James S. Gilmore III.
That means Virginia will have two Democratic senators for the first time since 1970.

Channel 4 said the late vote did not seem to turn out in Arlington. Does that jibe with anyone else's observations?
