Election Day Forecast: Muggy, Afternoon Storms

The Capital Weather Gang reports that Tuesday isn't looking amenable to high turnout at the polls, particularly for those voters who wait until late in the day. The day is expected to be warm and humid with sporadically intense thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.
