Deeds, McDonnell Make Their Cases

The Richmond Times Dispatch published op-eds today from Democrat Creigh Deeds and Republican Bob McDonnell on why Virginians should vote for them on Nov. 3.
Both candidates for governor talk about jobs, traffic, schools and energy.

Wait . . . what? You mean McDonnell didn't focus on wedge social issues? Because after reading the Post's Deeds endorsement, I thought McDonnell would focus on wedge social issues and take us back to the "Virginia of yesterday." Or was that, Deeds will continue the "Virginia of yesterday"?
It will be ironic if the Post and Deed's obsession with wedge social issues costs them the election . . .
