McDonnell announces new top administration staffers

Gov. Bob McDonnell (R) released the names of new staffers he has hired in the areas of natural resources and health and human resources.
Dianne Reynolds-Cane will serve as director of the Department of Health Professions, James Stewart as commissioner of the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, Douglas Bevelacqua as inspector general for Behavioral Health and Developmental Services in the Office of the Inspector General.
McDonnell reappointed three natural resources agency heads: Kathleen Kilpatrick as director of the Department of Historic Resources, Steve Bowman as commissioner of the Virginia Marine Resources Commission and Jack Travelstead as deputy commissioner of the Virginia Marine Resources Commission.
He also asked Bob Duncan to continue to serve as director of the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries and reappointed Karen Remley as state health commissioner.
