McDonnell speaks to the nation's GOP state chairmen at National Harbor

Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell is serving as the keynote speaker today at the luncheon that is wrapping up three days of meetings for the nation's Republican state chairmen.
Other speakers at the 2010 State Chairmen's Meeting include former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Sen. John Thune of South Dakota.
The Republican National Committee-hosted event is taking place at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center in National Harbor.
Virginia GOP chairman Pat Mullins and executive director Dave Rexrode have been there since Monday.
