Updated: McDonnell to host fundraiser for Ehrlich in Maryland

The Post's Aaron Davis reports that Virginia Gov. Robert F. McDonnell will hold a fundraiser for former Maryland governor and fellow Republican Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr.
At Saturday night's White House Correspondents' Dinner, McDonnell said he plans to travel to Maryland "soon" to attend a fundraiser for Ehrlich, who is running against Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley (D). He would only say it is scheduled within the next two weeks, and it was unclear if it will be open to the media.
Read the full report. We'll bring you more details when we have them.
Updated: McDonnell's office tells us the fundraiser will be the evening of June 7 in Northern Virginia.
