Where's the Queen?
Check out the photo of Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell and His Royal Highness Prince Andrew, Duke of York, reviewing the Band of the Irish Guards at the Royal Hospital Chelsea in London Tuesday.
McDonnell is on a week-long trip to Britain, the Netherlands and Germany, the first trade mission of his administration.

Kumar: Since the Governor is on a "trade mission", why should he not meet with Duke of York. He is the UK's ________________

The Queen had something else to do...and she was in Richmond a few years ago during a State Visit.
