D.C. Results Delayed

Mayor Adrian Fenty (D-D.C.) spoke with the Post's Marc Fisher and Newsweek's Michael Isikoff about the District's primary results Tuesday night. We're just getting word that D.C. results will be delayed, so we have lots of time to speculate.
