SRA International to Buy Health Consulting Firm
SRA International, a Fairfax-based provider of information technology and strategic consulting services, announced today that it will acquire global health consultant Constella Group, a privately-held provider of global health consulting services. The purchase price was not disclosed, and the companies said in a statement that they expect the deal to close next month.
Constella, based in Durham, N.C., has more than 1,500 workers and divides its business along three lines: domestic health sciences, international health development and global drug development. Its revenue last year was $169 million.
