Suicides In Detention
During the past five years, 15 immigrant detainees have committed suicide under medical care and treatment provided by the federal government, making it the most common cause of death, The Post reports in the third installment of its four-part "Careless Detention" series.
The Post's Amy Goldstein and Dana Priest examine a few of these cases, including the deaths of five men who hanged themselves while in federal custody in Texas, New Jersey and Virginia.
