I'm very sorry that there is still so much discourse, even after Bush is gone. But may be that's because so many of us want a special proscetutor to investigate all, but particularily the war crimes, of the prior administration. Personally, I think that the buck stops at the top. Nevertheless, let's begin the "look back" with a special prosecutor.
