I'm scheduled to be on NPR's Talk of the Nation today between 3 and 4 p.m. ET. We'll be talking about press coverage of the Obama White House. Call in -- (800) 989-8255 -- and say hi.

Dan, any thoughts on the president's Op-Ed in today's Post? I can't recall the prior president using the pen very frequently in his administration.

Hope to catch it on the drive home.

If the topic of Obama media saturation comes up, I think it's important to note that millions of us are reassured by a present and visible president who informs us of his thoughts and activities, but we don't have the national microphone of a blog, newspaper column, or cable tv show to say so.
