The best Cheney takedown ever. Cheney is a pathological liar and the press lets him get away with it.

Never drink red wine during Jon Stewart's opening, especially if Dick Cheney is on the menu.
The only piece missing from Stewart's takedown was adding flame to Richard Clark's hair.
All the people in the room at the National Press Club (what do they press there, it certainly isn't journalism) must have been required to remove their shoes on entering, otherwise Cheney would have been inundated by thrown shoes...

What this country needs now more than ever is an institution that is not part of the government, that can attain and distribute facts and information about the events and issues facing the nation and it's citizens in a way that is truthful and honest. Sadly, we have no such institution today and instead we must rely on comedians to make sense of this topsy turvy world we live in.

Jon Stewart and the Daily Show was made to nail duplicitous jackarses like Dick Cheney, and nail Dick he does.
