You can tell pech's breath smells like he's been eating sandwiches made from the penis dribble of a turkey. Antawn looks stunned as he tries to figure out what the smell is.

I think "doesn't count" is grammatically correct. Ironic how Antawn thinks he is teaching Pecherov English.
