Wizards and Hornets

Quick word from courtside here in Berlin: Antonio Daniels will not play. Dee Brown gets the start. Daniels has some soreness in his knee and will get the night. Not sure yet about his status for Friday night's game in Barcelona. Juan Dixon also is out as he continues to be bothered by that sore right calf.

Antawn Jamison won't play either but he was out on the court getting some work in before the game and could be a go for Friday night.

So is this what we can expect this season?

LOL at this game. its 40-9 and the 2nd Q just started.

This is like a video game, i just watched Blatch go 1 on 2 on an iso make a beautiful spin move, then blow a semi difficult lay up. Rebound goes to Chris Paul who flies up the court weaves around some bum on our squad, then lays it in left handed. Pretty much sums up the franchise.

All this Euro trip will show is that we got some problems. Very embrassing and making more and more hornets fans with each missed bucket.

Wiz are resting Daniels and Jamison so both will be ready for the start of the season...I doubt CB3 is playing more than token minutes and NY is back at home rehabbing his knee. Key for the Wiz is to make it back from Europe without another injury and hope the young players develop. I doubt that Eddie and Ernie are worrying about wins or losses on this trip after injuries to three of their starters, two who will miss most or all of the season.
