A few notes from today's practice:
-It appears that Antonio Daniels will miss his third game with that right knee problem. Daniels did not practice yesterday or today. The team has officially labeled him "day-to-day."
-Heat G Dwyane Wade rolled his ankle during yesterday's loss at Toronto but it didn't appear to be very serious. Eddie Jordan wasn't haven't it when the subject came up today. "Don't give me false hope," Jordan said.
-More than simply talking about x's and o's, Jordan challenged his players to have some pride and play with a far higher level of effort than they did Friday night in Miami. The Wiz came out flat, were outworked all night and allowed Wade to take over in the third quarter.
"We hope to see a more spirited group, a group that is going to take care of its responsibilities and that starts wth defending the rim, protecting the paint and being unselfish offensively," Jordan said. "We have to compete at the highest level we can compete at."
