Kevin Palmer waived
The Wizards announced they waived guard Kevin Palmer, who appeared on one preseason game. Palmer had signed with Washington on Sept. 24. The Wizards now have 17 players on their roster.

Why are they keeping Marks? He hasn't played a single pre-season game, and apparently cannot practice due to injury. Do they want to keep him for regular season?
